makes every projectile have depleted uranium rounds, even without buster

this DU also passes through devices unlike the current one, totally not because i'm lazy to update it

mostly works with mods, although not guaranteed to be completely balanced, especially with stuff that spawns many projectiles, and some beams, there are also some projectiles that may lag out the game, like tanya's pinchfist projectiles

all that buster does now is slightly improve sound effects and make the du rounds last slightly longer, although it could be useful

requires moonshot dlc for the effects to work properly

projectiles that spawn a projectile on hit or don't collide with structure won't spawn the DU round on hit, so certain projectiles work but this may make certain projectiles also not work.
