in the junkyard no cops spawn also theres no npc's or such usually but its best at night

go to the greaser place or the "villa scaletti" and thy're will be good cars MY FAVORITES are the ISW 508's THEY'RE CONVERTIBLE CARS ( VERY FAST AND GOOD FOR STUNTS) and the cops dont care if you jump into a convertible i tryied right in front of a cop car and they didnt mind
