A 3-lane, asymmetrical 24m road with one-sided buffered parking and parking/tree protected bike lanes!

Required:

Should not require Mass Transit due to the parking.
Can also be placed directly next to itself (actual width is 23.9m) and aligns seamlessly with my other 2-4 lane, 24m roads.

The trees in the screen shot make it a bit hard to see the full extent of the network. Really happy to see more yellow-striped north american style roads though!
