This is probably why you came here:


All you see are clouds, fire and a black background, and some weird other stuff when the menu shows up.
what to do when you have a Radeon graphics card
a few simple steps:
- right click on your desktop, and choose Catalyst Control Center (depending on your system it can also be called AMD VISION Engine Control Center)
- go to "gaming" and choose "3D application settings"
- you should now see an option called "Anti-Aliasing"
- pick the mode "use application settings"
- click "Apply"

Depending on your PC and your version of Windows, the navigation can be different, but you should be able to find the Anti-Aliasing option, it can also be that you just have to set a checkmark for "use application settings" instead of a dropdown box.
The Result
The next time you start the game it should look normal and you can start playing.

NVIDIA GeForce
Well, I could not test this for a GeForce, but I have read that people also can run into this problem. There is a chance that forced Anti-Aliasing can cause the same thing as it does for Radeons, so you should start your NVIDIA Control Panel or how it is called, and disable Anti.Aliasing. and i cant disble antanlising couse its al on outo so i cant manuly do anything well thats what i get for buying a toshiba pc oh ya and f*** windows 8

and when i right click and shoose that it just says amd control center cant be configured so it cant start

not me i have a doul graphics radaon so mines permenittly on outo mode so its using the weaker card but it has a beter one witch wil work with this game but theres no manuol switch so basicly i have 2 graphics cards and ones good and ones shit and my computers using the shit one and i cant change it
