Hero Customization Options

Description
A plugin for Rookie Customization Options

With this mod active, the configuration of Rookie Customization Options will affect hero soldiers too. Now they can pick randomly color armor, patterns, eye colors, etc, the same as standard soldiers in the initial mod.

I've also added two new options, specific to the hero soldiers :
- Always wear hat : enables heroes to always wear a hat, regardless of the hat probability used by Rookie Customization Options (vanilla behavior ; disabled by default)
- Pick from all hats : enables heroes to wear any type of hat, not only their respective helmets (disabled by default)
These new options can be parametered the same way as in the Rookie Customization Options mod, with support to the Mod Config Menu.

CREDITS :
Almost all of the code here is a reuse from the parent mod Rookie Customization Options, that I have only adapted to the hero classes. Thanks to BlueRaja for having accepted the release of this plugin and of course having created the parent mod in the first place.

The images showcased here have been taken with several cosmetic mods that I'm currently using and would recommend :

@MrMister I just pushed an update ; now it should work as intented

@MrMister I just tested it and this is indeed the case (although non-intended).
It seems that the setting file, that should be located in the Document\...\XComGame\Config isn't created in the first place.
I will investigate it and try to correct the reason if I find it.

The MCM options are resetted to disabled every time the game is restarted, for some reason.

@Destroyer1101 No, this mod don't change available skirmisher heads (and even available cosmetics in general)

Does this mod allow you to use human heads for the skirmishers?
