Couple of rules to make it all balanced:

1. You need to comment what you want to see, but only once. For example: One user can ask me to build a roof, and so i will build it, and that's it, no more requests from this user. (Sometimes there can be exceptions).
2. You can't destroy other users build-ideas. For instance, if someone already asked me to change background walls, you can't change it back, unless that user agreed.
3. If there are several similar build-ideas, i will use randomizer. (I will also use randomizer if there will be too many requests).
4. You can also ask for another box, even if it's not attached to the main one. And you can also fully describe what you want to see. (What blocks, what walls, how they supposed to be used, but don't cross the line).
5. Global build-ideas can be requested, but only if there are 3 or more people who also vote for it. (Like changing background, biome, etc).

And that's it! Hope you will use your cooperation skills to build an amazing house or even town!

Added rules:

Rule №6: No more pixel arts in this current state. Pixelarts kinda ruining the whole picture. Not only that, i can't really build them normally, they are quite boring, i need a lot of time and practice. Remember it's cooperative project, think about other people too, they probably don't like when there is giant pixelart on the whole map, so...

Rule №7: Mountain on the left is now free-to-use. It means, that the building on the mountain will last only for one or two days, no worries, they will be transport somewhere else.

Rule №8: No big buildings. Really, instead of co-oping people just want me to make something big and all... I mean, i have an idea, which is rule 7, however, please, do not ask about big buildings. Not because i don't want to build it, but because it's not interesting and lazy.

Yeah, lake is not so big, but in terms of house, it is kinda alright, plus i have built small bridge.
