You are right, when I read Von Carstein my brain automatically thinks Mannfred von Carstein.

Using only SFO, Lords of the Night, and this submod - Sylvanian Levy units don't show up in the Drakenhof province capital settlement building.

@evils Konrad isn't a faction leader,he is Von Carstein's unique hero,when you built the landmark,you can recruit him.
