PERFECT decks, easy 100% winning the game!
By Strategius
Here I will present you a perfect deck for each of the heroes I finished the game with. The main goal is to keep your deck small and organized! Please consider that I maxed out the upgrades purchased with mastery points, making it much easier to achieve those sick builds and combos I am showing. Sadly for the achievements you have to finish everything during one session, without closing the game.

Introduction
Best Cards
In general you want to have a deck where you can play as many cards as possible in the 1st of your rounds. You can achieve this, by having as many 0 mana cost cards as possible. Ravia (Blackwidow) is the best ally for doing so, since she will reduce all of your cards cost by 1 in the 1st turn. I will show you all my OP decks here which will finish every battle and even some boss fights within the 1st turn ;) One of the most essential thing are the "First Hand" cards, which will always be in your hand in the first turn, making it not a random mess how to start the battle.
  • Attack!+
  • Storm Trooper+
  • Defend!+
  • Defender+
  • Support!+
  • To your aid+
  • Enraged Thrust+ (if used correctly)
  • Combo Strike+ (with my tactic and deckbuilding style)
  • Flexing Muscels (in combination with Swing+)
  • Blitz+
  • Swing+
  • Pillar of Fire+
  • Repeat Attack+
  • Armed and Dangerous+ (with Blackwidow and my 0 cost playstyle)
  • Party Shield+ (drawing new cards is the most important with Blackwidow ally)
In the following sections you will see the different heroes with a OP 1st turn win deck (if the hero is not terribly bad and doesn't allow so)!
Olga

The idea is to keep your heroes max HP as low as possible, so that Enraged Thrust+ deals over 120 damage. In combination with Olgas "Priestess's Curse +" skill, it will deal over 250 damage. You will have 12 cards in total, 2 of them are Swing+, which is a "first hand" card, meaning you will always draw those 2 cards in the beginning. You start with Swing+ and Attack+, use Olgas skill to deal double damage with Swing+ to all enemies. Everything else can be finished with the massive damage of Enraged Thrust+!

The party should include at least 1 Blackwidow to reduce the cost of all cards you draw in turn 1. In addition 1-2 good Orcs with good matching orbs:

Useful artefacts are the ones which give you more cards and increase your attack damage of heroes and cards:

Boss finishing in one round before he could even attack once ;P
Inquisitor

The idea here is to use the Inquisitors "Hand of Darkness+" skill combined with Swing+ (activate Flexing Muscels+ before using, it will deal 130-140 damage to ALL enemies) and your allies attacks (choose attack all enemies) to deal double damage. To fill up the orbs use the most OP cards Attack!+, Defend!+ and Support!+. As mentioined before you will always have Swing+ and the "First Hand" cards on your hand at the beginning of the battle!
After that your Combo Strike+ should be charged up pretty dangeroulsy and deadly high to finish everything off! Look below, the second attack deals 213 damage (total of 246)

Your party should contain a Blackwidow and a Scarescrow which give you 2 additional cards at the beginning of the battle. Use artefacts to further enlarge the number of cards at the beginning of the battle and look below how many cards I had!
Cliff

Goal is to get a Party with Blackwidow, Scarescrow and a good Orc. Always make sure that they have only 3 Orbs (you have to buy this upgrade with mastery points). I sadly didn't get a Blackwidow during my playthrough, that is why I used 2 Orcs mostly.
Go for whatever OP power cards you can get (Attack!+, Defend!+, Support!+ beeing the best). That way you will fill all the Orbs of your Party within the 1st round and can finish off most of the enemies, by using their "attack all enemies" attacks (4 times all enemy hitting attacks, including Cliffs).
In addition go for Swing+, Combo Strike+, Blitz+, Enraged Thrust+.

As always try to get artifacts which grant you more cards in the first round and the ones which increase your attack damage and some for mana and healing.
Tariel
Your goal is to get a party with 1 good orc, blackwidow and scarescrow. Try to make sure they have only 3 orbs (it didn't work for me on this run). The idea is, as always, to get Attack!+, Defend!+, Support!, Storm Trooper+, Defender+ and Combo Strike+. Also take other good cards I mentioned in the introduction. With the bonus blackwidow, all cards are reduced by 1 mana in the 1st round, letting you finish every battle in the 1st round. Upgrade Tariels Battle March+ as soon as possible and use it to fill up the orbs and constantly attack with your party members attacks.

The most OP artifact is shown here: The Gold Mask! It constantly gives you a new card and since are reduced by 1 mana in your 1st round, you have infinity cards to boost your combo strike+ damage.

Look how crazy high my combo strike+ damage is. I literally 1-shooted the bosses. In addition I had the card Heresy+ which repeats the effect of my combo strike+. Look at this insane damage!
Here you can see how I annihilated the final boss with 885 damage!
Leona
This time I just went with the standard method and tried to collect as many of the best cards as possible (sometimes in one run they can be limited). So for your party members try the same as always, 1 good orc, blackwidow, and scarescrow or the water elemantal from my picture. I used 2 swing+ to shred the enemies.
Here you can see my artifacts, I had many which hit opponents at the beginning of the battle, to remove their evasion.
Ending scene from Leona:
Belfamie
I used many "first hand" zero cost cards as always, try to get as much as you can hold in your starting hand of them. In addition I used Swing+ with Flexing Muscels+. Belfamie has a passive Bonus to fill 1 orb slot of all party members, so if you have all with only 3 orbs, you can fill them up fast. I used Blackwidow as always and Scarescrow and 1 good orc. In general also try to use many +attack artifacts and effects.
Flexing Muscels+ with Swing+ is soo up. They are both first hand and if you have 2 of them like me it is GG: 70 damage to all opponents 2 times!
Ending scene from Belfamie:
Henry
Herny's Time Bomb+ is an amazing skill, it gives you 2 mana, and with my tactics, it will grant you infinite mana. So as always go for the best cards which are mentionend in the introduction, power cards with 0 cost (golden ones). For our party we take the same as always, Ravia (Black Widow), Scare Scrow and 1 orc or what you like. I got 2 Scarescrows on this run as you can see. In this run I finished almost every battle within the 1st round.
Look how much mana I could build up! And then finishing this boss with 2x 63+355 = 836 damage:The golden mask still being one of the most powerful artifacts, which grants you infinite cards, together with the strategist+ power card.
Final Boss finishing in the 1st round:
Ending scene from Herny:
Deia
Same as always, go for the best cards mentioned in the introduction, especially 0 cost power+ cards. Take advantage of those 2 extra orb slots which are filled up immidiately when you start the battle (Deias main skill). Party members are same as always, look below:
My cards:

Ending Scene from Deia, very sad:
Ralcah
In this run I managed to get a "perfect" deck how I would call it. Ralcah skills are nice, the additional damage when using an attack card is great, especialle if boosted by Attack+. Also her skill which gives you 1 mana is good to play more cards.

One of the most op decks, I got 3x Attack+ and other good power cards, finishing almost every battle in the 1st turn, including boss fights. The main damage dealer is the Combo Strike+:
As party memebers I got also super lucky with 2 Scarescrows, which give me 4 additional cards in the 1st rounds which are reduced by 1 mana from the 3rd party members skill, Ravia (Blackwidow):
Look here how I annihilated this Boss with Combo Strike+ IN THE 1ST ROUND:
My starting hand looks like this, giving a great boost with 3x Attack+:
Look at this damage built up with Combo Strike+:
Here I managed the probably unthinkable for most of you guys, I finished the final boss within the 1st ROUND, yes that is true:
Ending scene from Ralcah:
Liu
Same strategy as always. Go for Ravia (Black Widow), Scarescrow and maybe an good Orc. For the cards, go for the Best A-Tier ones I mentioned in the introduction.

Here you can see my cards, almost the same every run, depends on what you can get (the random factor of the game):
Party members are the most op ones: if you can get 2 scarescrow take them!
Also remember to always go for artifacts which give you more cards in 1st round and the gold mask which gives you a new card every time you play a power card (golden one). This is simply soo op with my playstyle:
Here you can see how I crash this boss with my combo strike:
Final Boss finished in 1st round:
Ending scene of Liu, why did he go that crazy?
Kigal
Kigal has a cool passive skill, your aid cards will be reduced by 1 mana. Try to keep your heroes HP low to make more damage with enraged thrust+, in case you want to use it. Try to use allies with only 3 orb slots.
As always try to get a party with a good orc with only 3 orbs and a Ravia (Blackwidow) and if you can a Scarescrow for more starting cards.
Your cards should, as always, consist of many 0-mana cards and "first hand" cards. As an example you can see my I would say pretty good deck here:
For artifacts, try do get as many, which give you additional cards in the 1st round, as possible. Gold Mask is simply one of the most OP artifact, which is an easy GG for you if you have the chance to get it:
Heresy+ is also a very interesting card, allowing you to triple the effect of one cards. Look at the insane damage I could deal to this boss:
Last but not least look how I destroyed the final boss in the 1st round, using Heresy+ to deal an enormos, incredible, unbelieveable 3x (63+291) = 1.062 damage!
Sad ending scene from Kigal:

Chiron
Chiron has usuful passive skills, such as giving you +1 mana and reducing orbs of allies. In addition you can use his skill to draw 3 cards and get +2 mana which is pretty strong. This run was one of the luckiest and most op builds I managed to get throughout all the playthroughs.

Look at this sick party I managed to gather: 2 Scarecrows and 1 Ravia (Black Widow), WITH ONLY 3 orbs slots! The dream of every Destiny and Fater player!

My cards deck was the most broken sick ♥♥♥♥ you can imagine, allowing me to finish EVERY, yes you heard right, every single battle, including boss fights, in the 1st turn. I consider this the BEST deck you can possibly get.

Look at this sick starting hand! 3 Attack!+, Support!+, Defend!+ and 2 Swing+ with Flexing Muscels+

Not that this is already enough, I also was lucky with the artifacts, I got the +10 attack one:

Here is the evidence of me literally annihilating, crushing, wiping out, obliterating the bossen IN THE 1st TURN my boy! Every single one was erased from their existance, even the most OP 2nd one!

Ending scene of Chiron:
