Adds a single leader to the game.
Xerxes - Hall of a Hundred Columns
Wonders start 20% completed if no other player meets their prerequisites yet. Lost Production from uncompleted Wonders is added to the next placed Wonder.
Game version
Mod was created for and tested on the newest available version with all DLC content, see upload/update date respectively.
