Step 1. Put the game on slow motion by pressing F
Step 2.Hit S and W to balance yourself on your front legs
Step 3. You'll need to Balance the balance bar using W and S else you'll fall and have to start over
Step 4.Get 3000 points
Step 5.Jump so that the points may register
Step 5. ????
Step 6. You should have the achievement when you're done

Wow. This worked wonderfully! Thank you. I couldn't get more than 100 points in a manual without slomo. But with slomo I did it first try.

I've consistently been able to start a manual by pressing S then W within a tenth of a second. Once I figured that out, the hardest part was finding a straight strip long enough to walk 3000 points on.
