it would be cool if it was added to this fix as its really the only problem with this game on ultrawide and would make for a better experience for future ultrawide players. Although I understand if you dont want to since the amount of people playing on ultrawide is quite small.

That's probably doable but I have not looked into it at all.

would it be too much effort to fix the battle ui for ultrawide monitors? The battle ui retains its 16:9 size which is fine but it shifts it to the left so its not centred which can be distracting at times. Cold Steel 4 fixes this by sizing the battle ui properly but the fix was never applied back to Cold Steel 3. I'd do it myself but i wouldnt have the first clue how to.

Theres a screenshot showing what i mean here (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/991270/discussions/0/1745647229715992699/)

Sorry, I forgot that I can change the steam version of the game) Thank you in advance for your work!

It's been less than a day since the update, please realize that I have a live outside of this patcher. I'll get it updated, don't worry, for now just use the old game version if you really need the patch.

Hello, can you please update patch for cs3?
Doroc0 28 Aug, 2024 @ 6:39am
Thanks for the list.

Ah, yeah that would do it, Wine/Proton needs the override. I was under the impression that that was also needed in CS1/2 but either way. (CS1/2 are 32-bit and CS3 is 64-bit so maybe that's the difference?)

There's no 'pretty' list of changes between the PC version and the updated PS4 version but if you want the details you can see them here, but be aware there's no regards for spoilers in here so if you're not done with the game you'll probably read something you rather shouldn't: https://github.com/AdmiralCurtiss/SenPatcher/issues/110

I managed to install it correctly. Thanks a lot!

The problem is that I was in Linux, so I followed the Steam Deck instructions in the GitHub page. I needed to add this extra step of adding this to the Launch Options: WINEDLLOVERRIDES=DINPUT8=n,b %command%
The weird thing is that this last step was unnecessary in Cold Steel 1 and 2.

By the way, there is a list of the script fixes this patch adds from the play station version?
I'm in chapter 2, and want to know if I miss something.
