Introduction
Hello everyone. I'm TheAsianWithStyle, and I present to you today, the Rust Ultimate Loot Guide. Before we start, if you came here for resources (Wood, Metal Ore, Sulfer Ore, etc.) you've come to the wrong place. It's a Loot guide, not a resources guide. I will probably make one soon although. Here's what you should have come here for, the epic LOOT. Maybe want an MP5 or an M4, or maybe aiming higher for a Bolt-Action? This guide will help you find these items quicker. I said quicker, because any type of loot could spawn anywhere, meaning that you could get an M4 at a civilain area and find a another in a RAD Factory (If you're not familiar with these places, heres a map https://rustmap.net/ ).
Crates and Boxes
Boxes mean a lot too. It's pretty obvious that a wooden crate is better than a small stash, and a Yellow Box (The military fancy crates) are better than wooden crates. Crates and Boxes usually respawn after 3 - 4 minutes.
Here is a simple way to describe the crates.
Red Crates usually have medical items such as medkits, bandages, and rad pills.

Green Crates, which I call the military crate usually contain ammunition.
Wooden Boxes contain low quality things, not low quality metal, but things such as cloth and flares.

Yellow Crates which I don't know why they are called yellow crates (Looks like a small rectangular safe) contain weapons and blue prints. They are the best type of crates (In my opinion) and can get you some nice things, although Facepunch has a small issue that these crates sometimes come empty.

Airdrops are not really a type of crate, but it's ok. These are crates dropped off planes and are parachuted down. These crates contain the rarest items and usually can get you the rare explosives. I reccomemend you immediately reaserch it.
Locations
In my opinion, the best place to go for loot is the small RAD Town. It has low RAD and has alot of loot locations.
You could, challenge the bid RAD Town or Factory but I would'nt reccomend it because of the damn high radiation you get.
You could do what I call Loot Farming, in which you loot a town and go hide in a rock and dissconnect until it respawns. I would'nt reccomend it on a big server though, you will get your ass killed.
Conclusion
Thanks guys for taking a look at my first guide! I hope this helped you guys in anyway possible. I'm going to start a Twitch soon, so watch me maybe? See you next time!
