The PC version Dead space suffers from control latency, physic glitches (like ragdoll glitches), and script glitches
Most of them are due to the bad ingame V-sync, and a too high frame rate on modern setup
Let's see how to fix this :

STEP 1
Lauch the game, and go to graphic option, and deactivate V-sync by selecting "off".
Don't forget to click on accept, to save the modifications.
(this will fix latency issues)

STEP 2
Select a screen resolution on 60 HZ
(don't go over 60hz)

STEP 3
Exit the game than go to Nvidia control pannel > 3D setting > Program setting
Select Dead Space in the program list, go to Vertical synchronisation and select "Activate"
(this will force the game to run at 60fps, and will fix most of the game glitches)

@Roshambo
No AMD v-sync doesnt limit the frame rate
You need to use the Frame Rate Target Control (FRTC) setting in the control panel to limit the fps at 60.

Any idea if AMD enabled V-sync will have the same effect? I don't like 30 FPS but I dislike hair that reaches into the 4th dimension even less.
