Things you need to no:

1. If you die after picking up collectibles you will need to pick them up again
2. When you beat the game you can carry over the upgrades you unlocked by clicking on "Ex Mode" then new game

there should be an ex mode in the game so you can carry them over

I don't know how to not sound like some dope but I just finished the game on easy and didn't collect enough nano to install everything.
Is that why I can't carry over the upgrades to the next difficulty?
This is not fair :Horzine: I spent alot of tedious time expecting to be able to carry over my upgrades.

but yeah it might be a bug but i dont think it is i think they just locked that door and and left the nano in there but the nano wont count towards the % collected

theres no achievement for collecting all nanos tho. there just an achievement to Collect 41 full N.A.N.O. bars if you havent done that before it requires 2 or even 3 playsthroughs to get 41full nanos bars
