The Iron Colossus of Nuln: Higher Unit Cap

Description
This submod allows the unit cap for the Iron Colossus of Nuln to be raised from just 1. The cap is increased by 1 for each tier 5 Gunpowder building, and includes support for the province specific gunpowder buildings in Sigmar's Heirs.
