As for asking the questions I made it that way because I thought it was kinda weird to just ask someone you don't even know their sexual orientation and stuff like that lol
The requeriment is pretty low tho so if you ask people of that community what's up and complete a quest from them that'll be more than enough for every question
If you want you can make it so they don't need to like you by editing the mod, to do that from the main menu go to Editor, then Mods, there select Ask and click Edit Script, ASKAGE and there you'll see the boxes with the scripts, just delete the "Approve" Condition by clickin the -
The relationships were added in the update v117 so you probably have this update but the opportunity to be in a relationship never showed up, remember to always ask what's up to the people in your community because that makes them like you, eventually you'll get a kinda flirty dialogue
