To give the steam guide some more visibility and content, what about adding a small gallery? I know it is a pain to format tables in steam guides, but a few screenshots of the smaller tables could make a useful preview. For some of the core tables, such as runes and armors, you may want to freeze fewer columns, so scrolling for additional info gets a little more convenient on smaller screens. That way, you could get them in a shape that could be well captured by a series of screenshots.
Comment continues below, there appears to be a 1k chars limit ...
I do like the tabular summary of runic abilities, with their key stats and upgrade costs. One thing that would really add value to that table are cool down times. I guess the only reason you did not include them is the way CDN (cooldown stats) alters the timers. Have you tested soft caps of cooldown times? If such caps apply, you could list the minimum cooldown of each rune. Otherwise, we could estimate the base cooldown times (at CDN 0). It should be something like [displayed time]*(1+CDN/180) - probably with some weird rounding conventions, but we can assume and guess round numbers for the base values. What do you think?
Concerning the content of the tables, I did not review much of it, but noticed the XP costs for the bow skills Teamwork and Ferocity are 250 each, not 500.
I appreciate you effort collecting all of that info =)
