all of the models they port from MMD have those textures, but the actual models have those "parts" removed completely, so the only way it would bother you is if you just stare at the submaterial tool's tiny display of it. there's not anything really *nude* in the model at all.

Ragdolls either don't work with decals or you get the classic Decal has more than 16384 indices! (insert number higher than 16,3k here) . Gotta love Gmod
