Simply sit back down on the bench when you first start the game.

Storyline achievement.

Near the end of the game, you'll come into a hallway with quite a few doors. The first two you can knock on but there will obviously be no answer. Do just that and after the second one you'll get this.

In the level where you're in a parking lot, you'll be swinging on a swing. When asked to leave or keep swinging, just keep swinging and you'll get this.

Same as the previous achievement, you'll be in an area with a swimming pool. Lay down on the chair and it will ask if you want to leave or keep relaxing, just keep relaxing and you'll get this.

When you're in the laundry mat, when watching the tv, it will allow you to move around and at that point, turn around and there's a remote on the chair a few steps behind you. Turn off the tv and that's it.

When you're at the river, do the opposite of what the narrator says every time.

When you're at the river, turn when the narrator tells you to.

At the start of the game, when you need to get the phone cord, enter the store and turn around and go back near the bench you start the game on, and the cord is on the farthest bench. When you get back to the store, go through the picture part, then when you're back you can collect the other cord in the back right corner (facing the phone) in the small box with the combination lock. The combination is REWIRE

When you get near the end of the game, the lady narrator will ask if you want to continue on or just lie down and start again. Lay down on the bench to your right and you'll get this.

So it's important to say you don't need to finish the game, there's only 2 major parts to this which are choosing: the right paths in 1) the picture area, and 2) in the social river. That's it, no other choices matter. You'll get each achievement after the social river part, and you'll need to restart the game from there.
