if not maybe its just mission 2 or something and if youre fast enough you avoid it crashing?
all I know is I did all of this and then it seems to have worked so maybe it helps someone iunno

Sadly doesn't work. Everytime I try to turn off the motion blur, the game crashes.

Step 2 is what fixed the crashing for me, though be warned you can't run the game in windowed mode or Alt+Tab while using it.

Step 4 (dinput8 wrapper) will fix the stuttering issue.
