Because they're not satisfied by making tonn of money on mobile phones, and decided to publish mobile garbage on PC to get even more money?

This is actually a mobile game that's ported and optimize for the PC, I only seen this type of store layout on the Square Enix/Disney mobile game that I downloaded ages ago.
