Ranald's Refund

Description
Get rid of a boon you just purchased - you may get some coins back! Ranald may step in and take even more, though, so decide carefully.

Details for easy-to-use, client-only mode:
- After purchasing a random boon, the boon won't take effect for 5-20 seconds (set in the options).
- During that time, you can type "/refund" to choose NOT to receive that boon.
- If you ask Ranald for a refund, he may grant half of the purchase price back to you, but he may also take that much away from you (on top of the original cost).

Why would you want this? Maybe you're using a javelin and have no use for receiving health on picking up ammo. Maybe you'd just rather (maybe!) have coins instead of grenadier. I don't know, you're the boss.

There's also a more advanced mode useful when using Catch Up (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2728030111) and Boon Manager (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2734566701). This mode requires the host to have Ranald's Refund:
- A short time after using "/catch_up" to be given boons that will catch you up to the rest of the party, you can ask for refunds for any of them.
- When viewing boons, use the refund hotkey (you must first set this in the mod options) to initiate a refund of the currently-highlighted boon.
- You can't recycle party power-ups or your initial talents.
- Ranald may still take some more money from you.

There's yet another way to use Ranald's Refund and Boon Manager - as a host, you can remove a peer's boons at any time if they do not have Ranald's Refund. This is meant to be a service the host can provide for them; they'll be quietly informed of your meddling.

Finally, if the host is using Boons 4 Bots (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2731280209), they can remove boons from their bots at any time for free.

Settings:
- Enable/disable refunds to skip the minimum wait to have boons applied
- Allowed refund time
- Hotkey for refunding boons in boon view (after a catch up, for a peer, or for a bot)
- Remove refunded boons from the pool of available boons for that career so they won't appear again in the current expedition.

Host/Client requirements:
- "/refund": None.
- Remove bots' boons: Host.
- Refund catch-up boons: Host and Clients
- Remove peer boons: Host only (If a client has Ranald's Refund, the host can't remove their boons.)

It should only be from the particular character's career, e.g. Mercenary. However, I think it's on a per-client basis, so (with BTMP, for example) other Mercenaries may still see the boon show up. But, they can then refund it (or ask the host to do it). The boon pool will also be reset to the defaults after the run ends.

Note that if the host removes a boon for a client that doesn't have Ranald's Refund, that client's boon pool is not affected, so it may show back up for them.

Hi Jeeves,
Thank you for the great mod for Chaos Waste and just wanna ask that in the description you said after removing refunded boons from the pool for that career, do you mean by all careers of that character or the specific one for example for Mercenary (Kruber) or it means all career from Kruber.
