[OUTDATED] Less Lethal Overhaul (The Kite update)

Not compatible with The Crowbar Hotel update or later versions.

The reason this was discontinued is because the game was updated to restrict StatusEffects scripting which the mod needed to get the less lethal weapons to work.

Guards and Riot Police now carry stun rods. The stun rods are a high-end melee weapon that have a chance to stun inmates. The stun mechanism is based on fingerprints which means only the stun rod owner can utilise it. Guards are not stun rod certified by default and researching Stun Rods will allow to hire stun rod authorized guards. Riot Police are always stun rod certified and proficient at it as well.

Armed Guards now carry tazer shotguns that shoot tazer darts at very high speed.

Dog Handlers can now carry tazers as a secondary weapon (research required).

Snipers will now carry tranquilizer rifles that shoot less lethal sedative ammo. (Note: this upgrade makes the Non Lethal Sniper bureaucracy upgrade obsolete.)

Elite Ops and Soldiers will now shoot less than lethal lead shot acrylic bags.

Orderlies can now carry syringe guns. (Orderlies REQUIRE Psych Ward DLC to hire and syringe guns require research.)

2 new weapon rack types included!

Bureaucracy changes: stun rod certified guards require Stun Rods Training researched, dog handlers that are tazer certified require Dog Tazers researched and syringe gun certified orderlies require Syringe Guns unlocked.
