Best way to make money in W&R

Car factories are great way to make money in W&R in this guide I'll show you how to build a starting city

Place for your industry

Find large flat terrain near soviet border office with electrical output. here place some roads like on this screen also connect roads to border office. place most important building-car factory
build transformer connect it to border output enable auto buying power and set it to 18MW

Utility Building

1 Build hospital fire, station, cinema, covered pool, small shopping centre, kindergarten, primary school, and pub
2 decrease number of workers in hospital.
3 buy wechicles in hospital and fire station

Blocks

While your utility buildings are done you need to make place for your workers.
build around 10 blocks. use build mode without workers

make sure that workers from all buildings have acces to car factory and other building.

after that hire to every block around 100 workesr from soviet union and 20 high educated ones

Production

order every type of goods to car factory except of electronics (the are not used to any wechicle)
then buy some license for dollars, ther is no point to buy a soviet union licence for export
I recommend Beat 1200 because it is the cheapest one.

Export

1 Build car depot
2 buy ther few open hull cars that can carry wechicles for example skoda 706
3 make line for them from car factory to border office
4 place somewhere on line gas station (be sure that gas station have power connection)

Benefits

In that way I am making around 300 thousand rubles per month
with cost of build whole city around 1,2 million rubles and 40 thousand dollars it is a great score.
in that way you can make a great republic
For example my republic:

on my save i have around 1 billion rubles and 700 millions are made in that way.

There are also disadvantages - the car factory should be located 300-400 meters from residential buildings so that environmental pollution does not spoil the demographics, thanks for this way of earning money! I have built several such factories, now my profit is a million a day!

only problem i had (not fault of maker) that wanted to get more independent so i started to make coal power plant, some minutes later my city was on smog XD

I like to use oil early on I earn around 100k to 300k depending on how many pumpjacks. This seem like a great way to get started.

How are you able to do that? I tried to copy the same style (With some minor things like water and sewage system) and yet I had people in one flat telling me that they cant get food, cloth and the like. When Im checking, then they still have footpath and able to get to the buildings. All of them. (Even some saying they dont have access to a spirital something)
