There is a glitch, the pressure should depend on the amount of water being used, for some reason a update has broken this and there is basically and infinite amount of water.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS?!?
You can fix this by adding a pressure release valve using a threshold or if its still exploding you could limit the temp of the boiler.
