Dutch Shop Pack

Description
Based on 17th and 18th-century dutch houses, these will be perfect for lining the shopping street of your European-style old town or adding some neighborhood commercial to your dense inner city neighborhoods!
This is a pack of four buildings with ground-floor commercial shops. There are two each brick and plastered variations: two 3-story, level 2 low-density commercial growables and two 4-story level 3 low-density commercial growables. The plastered versions are white with a dark gray/black variation and can be recolored with Repaint mod. The design is loosely based on a building at 78 Diezerstraat, Zwolle, in the Netherlands.
These have no prop decorations. They are best used with Plop the Growables mod, and are narrower than the zoning grid, so to achieve the wall-to-wall look you will need to use Move It!

This is my first release so please comment with any issues. Don't forget to please upvote, share and subscribe!

Technical Specs

The buildings share one texture and should be optimized for Loading Screen Mod.

Main Texture 512x 1024 (diffuse-normal-specular-color-illumination)
LOD Texture 256x 256 (diffuse)

@mcdoogal As I discovered when I looked for references for these, it’s very hard to find an old building in the Netherlands that’s 8 meters wide. 5-7 is more the norm in most cities. The lore seems to be that it’s because back in the day, property tax was based on house width.

What is the reason so many of these assets aren't W2W? There's a plethora of Dutch buildings on here that are a bit of chore to use.

@foxemceefox, Thanks for the kind words! I completely hear you about these not fitting the grid, that's something that used to annoy me personally and it was a design choice that I struggled with. Possibly a future variation could be added, or a second pack, that fits w2w with less effort.

They look really great, beautiful detail and add some much needed European variety to the game.
I only wish they were larger to fit the lot for those that don't use Move It mod or aren't in to the finer detailing having to move them to be truly w2w

I will be following you from now on, because I look forward to seeing what stunning work you do in the future.
