Hold down V(Kick Key) to temporarily disable turret rotation(Commander Sight
T + Mouse Wheel or Mouse 3 / Mouse 4 To Changed the TPS Camera Distance

-This mutator can turn all the Mounted Stabilized Turret(A turret type in the tool pack) to work like War Thunder/World of Tank.
-(Mounted Turret is currently not supported due to steel doesn't expose it, so this does not apply to part of the vehicle and turret in the workshop)
-The Extending Aiming Pack had been removed because there might be some conflicts.

To limit the speed of camera rotation and turret rotation:
-Limit camera rotation speed
-Camera rotation speed multiplier
-Indicator raycast distance
-Turret RPM Multiplier

Only when tank mods didn't set vehicle recoil, it would be helpful:
