Yep! I finally found a mod on GameMaps that is super amazing! This mod restores all the Unused animations for the- Chainsaw, Frying Pan, Bat/Cricket Bat, Axe, and Machete. This mod is by KillzNThrillz. Go give credit to him for this awesome mod he did! He said on the 3rd or 4th swing the animations will play! Man, I love this modding community! I like this, makes the melee weapons way less OP in my opinion. It's too easy to go through hordes of common infected using only a frying pan

The only different is that these were not used in 3 or 4 attack, and in some specific scenarios these animations would play, like if the zombie was shoved in the ground, the specific animation would play.

the overhead swings are far too slow and break the flow of melee combat. i can see why valve removed them

The modding community really does add some many new things to any game. Either it's a retarded thing that's meant to be funny or something really bad ass that makes the games amazing.

Same though I like the modding community too it adds many great features to any video game.
