NoBlockDetach

- Sets the fragility of blocks to 0, so they will not detach from damage
- If a block dies, and would normally disconnect tother blocks, those blocks will be destroyed if it's on an enemy
- If a cab is sniped, and there are no more cabs, then all blocks will be destroyed
- Stops healing bubbles from working on blocks that have lost all their health, preventing venture healing bubbles from infinitely sustaining blocks in their death countdown
