Inmates and Staff can now satisfy their Hydration (and StaffHydration) need using Coffee Machines (not just Drink Machines and Drink Fountains). Inmates can also satisfy their hydration need from bathroom sinks, sink and mirror objects and the toilet's attached sink (yes it exists, no they arent drinking toilet water). The sinks have reduced rate. Please keep in mind staff can only satisfy their needs during break times.
