Configurable News Feed - Updated & Reuploaded

An update and reupload of dungeonyak's excellent Configurable News Feed mod. Set customisable and comprehensive message settings in a custom gui window. Where Paradox failed, dungeonyak provided.

Dungeonyak has taken a sabbatical from modding, but has kindly gifted the community his work. Feel free to either contribute here, or if you'd prefer to use his work as a base for your own messaging mod project, then feel free to start with this version inclusive of my own small contributions that have updated it to play nicely with the current game version.

The classic show&hide suggestions button disappears when I use this mod. Do you guys know how to prevent it from disappearing?

@Morven friend I have added a couple things on my uploaded version https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2906140118 maybe you can also implement it into this one when you update it so they both keep up to date and inline.
