When E90 is turned on, it seems to be able to shield all non overload radars.
The adaptive radar receiver module seems to have only one valid.

What do the crossed out boxes for the Adaptive Radar Receiver (+25%) mean?
Are they untested, the same as without, or just hit the maximum for that respective radars reach and therefore cant be measured beyond that?

In that same regard, the prowler equipped ships crossed boxes too? (-25%)
