Description
This is a separate split mod for Ethics and Civics : Infinity 3.10's modifications to the new leader mechanic, the cost of recruiting and maintaining leaders in different regimes has been modified as follows:

Regular Empire: Spend energy coins to recruit leaders and spend to maintain cohesion;

Machine Empire: Spend minerals to recruit leaders and spend energy to maintain;

Hive Empire: Recruiting and maintaining leaders consumes food, or minerals if the species is LITHOID.

This mod needs a basic update, it's missing lines for Envoys on 00_base_classes. I added them myself on my end so I could play.

Otherwise great mod, thank you.

Updated again. This mechanism is currently being used by Ethics and Civics: Infinity, and no abnormalities were found during testing there. If it still doesn't work, please give me feedback again. Thank you for your reminder.

I just checked to see if the mod worked, since I saw that you updated today, but it's still not working. I just won't let me choose other leader traits like Governor or Admiral, just Scientist

Could you possibly update this mod for 3.10? It doesn't work with the new 3.10 leader traits

打了这个mod之后貌似ai都不招科学家了,observe的时候发现ai领袖列表要么全空要么都是高龄在要么就是不朽,没有新招的领袖了

我倒是觉得招募要凝聚力是必要不充分条件比较有代入感,毕竟五六十年代海外回归学者也算是凝聚力招募了,但是维护用凝聚力就很莫名其妙,光靠凝聚力留得住谁啊,文革跑了那么多,东德跑也不少,现在人才外流也很常见
