yes hi 'The Beautiful Bureaucracy' has a couple missing localizations:
mod_planet_administrators_consumer_goods_upkeep_mult
mod_planet_managers_consumer_goods_upkeep_mult
priests show up just fine

I had a look through the 00_common_categories.txt
file [drive.google.com]and tried my best to update it with the original and updated Stellaris file. My Power Projection now works but there is that much in this its impossible for me to tell if I have broken anything else. I also don't know what any of this stuff does.

@Pants checkout 00_common_categories.txt file. It overrides quite a lot from the base game, and it is not updated properly. There you can also find code most probably responsible for lack of power projection.

Also, you should definetly link to original mod in your description.

Yeah I've noticed it does but I'm unsure of how to fix it. The mod doesn't override any of the base game static modifiers so I'm not sure why it does. I'd recommend using a +base influence mod until the original mod is updated and hopefully fixes that.

This still isnt compatible. It disables Power Projection just like the original mod
