Ironman & Achievement Compatible

Smaller merged version of the Flags, Emblems n Crests Merged. This was initially intended for personal use. I don't plan on making any changed to this other than potential bug fixes.

The Content here belongs to the below mods, if anyone request their files be removed, they will be.

Changes Made
- Removed unused assets and duplicates.
- Re-added replaced vanilla backgrounds in as well as the switched/inverted versions.
- File compression standardized, to reduce combined file size, as well as resizing.
- Compression can result in some quality loss, I have not noticed anything significant.
- Merging of folders and naming to sort all added assets bellow vanilla.
- Replaced all vanilla icon flag folders to allow for better sorting and consistency.
- Special, Enclave and Paradox categories are disabled.
- Localisation Included.

- Does not include GUI edits and I recommend UI Overhaul Dynamic

- Mods that change or add to vanilla icons and flags. Wont crash but will result in large flag list, and duplicate categories and emblems.
- This is compatible with Just More Empires (Expanded)

- UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colours more design choices for flag design.
- UI Overhaul Dynamic - Compatibility Patches.
- Third party patches can often be found linked to mods for UI Overhaul Dynamic.
