Yes, it's fully compatible with pyro goggles, but you have to enable it first:

1. Right click Team Fortress 2 in games library -> Manage -> Browse local files.
2. Open tf\cfg\mtp.cfg
3. Paste this line into the list of maps

"ctf_construction_a1c.bsp" "1"
