This is a translation of the binary text that appears in some of the cogitator screens and other sources throughout the main story and DLCs of this game.

I've used a free OCR service to convert the images to text, and there are some obvious errors.

Obviously, spoilers abound.

I think the binary was parsed correctly from the image, but the characters shifted in the word "required" suggests that something may have gone wrong.

On the other hand, this text is similar in content to Psalm178756 from Chapter 1, yet clearly the codes are different and they have different psalm numbers. Possibly a joke about data corruption?
