DooM Imp costume for Scout

Featuring:
- 3 cosmetics
- Minor face flexes for head
- 2 skins for each team

Requires "Invisinle Material" and "Sub Material Tool" if you want to remove Scout's ugly face, "Bonemerge Tool" or "Easy Bonemerge Tool".
Requires TF2 content for shaders and materials.
