Description
I noticed that for the longest time Hive Minds only had exactly two powerful civics: Ascetic and Devouring Swarm. With no other standout civics. Non-genocidal Hive Minds had no strong civics to pick from beyond Ascetic.

This mod brings Mining Guilds, a decent civic for regular Empires, over to Hive Minds in order to give them some additional variety in their civic choices.

This mod overrides:
Nothing! Always compatible.
Last tested and working on 4.0.6 but should work with any game version.
