Description
Updated for 1.13 onwards. You can now select and control tracks from this mod in the music player.

─────────────── ⋅🏛️⋅ ───────────────

Adds the complete soundtrack of Imperator: Rome to the game. Does not replace CK3's soundtrack.

The tracks will play depending on a variety of factors, primarily your culture, religion, or location of capital - it's unlikely that any of the music from the mod will play if you're currently a pagan tribal king ruling in Finland. The requirements will vary depending on what DLC the track is from.

The most reliable way to get them to play is to be located where the content takes place. For example, being anywhere in the borders of Alexander the Great's empire will allow the Heirs of Alexander DLC tracks to play.

Unlike CK3's soundtrack, the music added by this mod cannot be interrupted (just like in Imperator) which means music cues for events like births, deaths, and war declarations will not interrupt the new songs. The cues will still interrupt CK3 tracks.

─────────────── ⋅🏛️⋅ ───────────────

Ironman/Achievement compatible.

This mod is non-commercial in nature and may be removed from the Workshop if requested by Paradox Interactive. All credits for the music go to the composers of Imperator: Rome and its DLCs, Jonatan Järpehag and Håkan Glänte.

It's all fine! I was playing as a Buddhist Indian in Sri Lanka the last time. Also I actually wasn't even aware I could customize the music selection, I'll try that depending on who I play. Thank you very much for the mod!

Also, I'm really sorry - I deleted your comment trying to delete my own. The way Steam designed all this is absolutely garbage. Feel free to repost it.

Yeah, I think the music player update might have broken that function. I may or may not be able to fix it at some point, but I think it's kind of obsolete anyway since everyone can just customize the music selection to their own tastes now. Can you tell me what you were playing as when the track that shouldn't have played there started?

Open up the CK3 launcher, select all installed mods from the list on the left, then select upload mod on the top right, then create mod on the window that shows up. Fill all the stuff in and select the separate green create mod on the bottom right to create a folder with the mod name you put in.

Put the mod files in there, go back to the upload mod window, select your mod from the list, then fill in the description. Don't forget to select uploading to Steam Workshop instead of the default Paradox Mods, then hit the separate green upload mod on the bottom right and you should be good. Once the page is up, you can add the images for the mod page there.

I just never learned how to upload to the steam workshop because i mostly used Nexus or ModDB for my projects which have clear signs everywhere to upload a mod.
Ran circles around the workshop to find a button that just says upload mods but it's not there, tried to found guides and all the guides i found required me to download external programs that were specifically made for other games not CKIII so i just gave up.

I've already updated the mod, but thanks anyway. What problems are you having when you try to upload? Does it just not show up?

I patched your mod to be compatible with the newly integrated music player by Paradox from the latest update, issue is i don't know how to upload mods to the workshop.

I looked into it and it's kinda above my skill level at the moment, so probably not. You can ask around on the CK3 Mod Co-op [discord.com] Discord server to see if someone more capable is interested in making it
