Woolco Discount Department Stores as they appeared when the division was launched in 1962. They were a subsidiary of the F. W. Woolworth Company until 1983. The chain continued in the United Kingdom and Canada, until they shuttered all operations in 1994.

This is a Unique Building and is unlocked at Level 5. It was supposed to be Level 2, but I don't know how to properly update assets, and every time I try, it doesn't change.
