The Phantom. The Covenant counterpart to the Pelican.
Fully flyable.
Capable of carrying 3 crew (1 pilot and 2 gunners - gunners not equipped), 25 passengers and 1 Wraith or 2 Ghosts.
Scale 1:1

Phantom Operations Manual:
1. Grav-lift listed in the control panel.
2. For transporting vehicles, ensure vehicle power is OFF. Otherwise you will be fighting against its inertia dampeners.
3. All Ghosts are to be loaded via ramp.

This IS a blueprint, just despite the fact i got a halo reach banshee, it's saying "no mods for the Halo Reach banshee". It is ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!
