Better Black-painted Outpost Concrete [ABANDONED]

Description
This mod is now abandoned.

I've lost interest in modding Starbound for a while now, enough to be
sure I'll never update my mods. Anyone who wants to modify and repost my mods may do so, as long as proper credit is given (credit in the description for example).


Changes the black paint colour for Outpost Concrete to be significantly darker, because the original black color was basically a grayscaled version of the default color.
