Step 1:

Place an object that is spinning by default.

Step 2:

Place desired object that you want to spin on top of already spinning object.

Step 3:

Drag the object to the desired distance, the further away from the orgin object the faster it will spin (if it the path intercepts a checkpoint it will disappear) then press confirm.
