This is my new project which is called Heretics Astartes,some of you might know me already for my other two main mods Chapters Of The Imperium and Children Of Asuryan.
I finally decided that this will be the year of give some love to the herectic marines and their legions.
Five traitor legions have been added so far,and each with it's unique flavour and traits.

*********************** WORLD EATERS ***********************

The World Eaters leaded by Kharn the destroyer are ready to invade Gladius and spread blood and rage for the God of madness Khorne.
World Eaters are renowned for their melee approach to the battle relying mainly on the sole brute force which this traitor legion excels.
Forget about wizards and magics which are only for the weak such as the Thousand Sons and build your army based on speed and close combat.





-------------------------- FAQ about the World Eaters --------------------------

- Unique units such as the Chaos Terminators and Skull Throne.
- Removed Chaos Infantry units and beefed the Khorne Berzerkers and all the melee units with powerful stats and unique traits such as the Rage Within.
-In order to play the World Eaters with their proper colour choose "Mephiston Red" and if you're playing with Gladius + select "Wild Rider Red"
The faction is already recolured but choosing one of these two colours will give to the followes of Khorne a more hellish red.








********************* ALPHA LEGION *****************************





Finally the Alpha Legion landed on Gladius and are ready to wage war in every deceitful way.
The Alpha Legion are famous for their stealth approach in their doctrine of battle and a preference for long ranged combat.
The mod reflect such traits adding to the Alpha Legion the "stealth" trait which prevent the enemy units to overwatch their advance.
To keep the legion close to the lore their melee accuracy has been reduced compared to the vanilla units.

- In order to play the Alpha Legion with their proper colour scheme please choose from the palette scheme the
"Caliban Green" colour.











******************** BLACK LEGION *************************




Summer is passing by and after a break from modding and the change of my rig I could finally finish the Black Legion.
The only and original offspring of the Sons Of Horus are here and ready to wage ware on Gladius!
Lead this infamous legion to glory in the name of the undivided chaos and for the revenge of Lord Abaddon The Despoiler.



----------------------------- FAQ about the Black Legion --------------------------------


- In order to play the Black Legion with the right colour scheme please choose from the palette either the "Abaddon Black" colour.

- I added a TMV submod dedicated specifically for the Black Legions and the Iron Warriors which is separated from the Thousand Sons Voices that you can subscribe as well.


- To have a full experience of this mod I recommend you to subscribe to my other mods as well.













******************** EMPEROR'S CHILDREN *************************



Heretics Astartes adds another traitor legion to it's roster,this time I present you Fulgrim's sons,the once most beloved legion of the Emperor,the Emperor's Children.
This corrupted legion is lead by the will and perversion of Slaanesh,and it's Noise Marines release their sonic blasts to obliterate the imperium of mankind.




---------------------------- FAQ about the Emperor's Children ----------------------------------



- In order to play the Emperor's Children with the right colour scheme please choose from the palette either the "Emperor's Children" colour
- The Emperor's Children come with a new unique unit,the Noise Marine with their powerful Blastmasaters which can be recruited after research them.
- Fluffwise the Emperor's Children are dedicated solely to Slaneesh so no Khorne Berzerker for them.
- The mod comes with the superb voice acting of the Unification Mod for Dawn Of War,a HUGE thank goes to Kekoulis.
- This is the third legion that I implemented in my mod,from the photo you can guess which legion will come next :)








*************** IRON WARRIORS ******************




Lord Perturabo deploys his legion to assault the Imperial Fists in the name of the undived Chaos.
The Iron Warriors join the battlefield of Gladius in the name of Lord Perturabo and the iron :)
The Iron Warriors will mostly play as an average Chaos Legion but with some differences from the vanilla one,the WarpSmiths will play a major role for the Iron Warriors,so their research and recruitment will be more easy.
With the Iron Warriors release also added the new Forgefiend unit of the last DLC for the Thousand Sons as well.

- In order to play the Iron Warriors with the right colour scheme please choose from the palette either the "Iron
Warriors" or "Iron Warriors Bright" colour,same goes for the Thousan Sons as explained below.

- I added a TMV submod dedicated specifically for the Iron Warriors which is separated from the Thousand Sons Voices that you can subscribe as well.


- To have a full experience of this mod I recommend you to subscribe to my other mods as well.


- In the future more legions/warbands will be added.


- Legions done so far: Thousand Sond and Iron Warriors.









*************** THOUSAND SONS *****************




Finally the Thousand Sons will also land to Gladius for the pure search of knowledge.
Ahzek Ahriman himself will lead this expedition with the help of sorcerers and the bless of Tzeentch himself.








------------------------------ FAQ ABOUT THE THOUSAND SONS ------------------------------




- The Thousand Sons are a subfaction of the Chaos Space Marines therefore they use less and different types of units.
So here are some facts about the mod I made,the Thousand Sons rely a lot on Psykers therefore the cost of such
units has reduced and their stats enhanced to allow the player to build an army based on them.


- Before the beginning of a new game choose the Thousand Sons colour.



- Chaos Lord recruitment has been removed.


- Ahriman has been added to recruit for the late game (to follow the lore recruit just one of this unit)


- Units such as Havocs and Warp Tallon not being part of the Thousand Sons can be recruited as detachments for the
legion after researching and building the Chaos Undivided recruitment base.
