After a little investigating, the issue is specific to certain screen resolutions. at some point they changed how some screen resolutions are handled. The vest GUI has always used an absolute offset position from the center of the screen, but it seems that isn't reliable any more. just need to use anchor="BottomLeft" and a different offset to fix it. i'll have the update out in a couple hours.
