Unique Faction UI

Description



Summary

This mod is mainly inspired by old RTS games like Starcraft or Dawn of War in which the UI would change depending on who you play. I tried to give every faction a unique UI that fits their design for example Marble for the Elves or Bone and Bronze for the Vampires.

I currently plan on doing a big rework of the Tomb Kings UI as I feel it doesn't hold up to my current quality standards.
Small touch ups are planed for Skaven & Lizardmen. Also considering to revisit Beastmen and Norsca to make those UIs more in line with the other Chaos factions, not completely sure on this though.



Troubleshooting

USE THE "DEFAULT" UI THEME OPTION FOR THE MOD TO WORK 100% CORRECTLY

Compatibility

Should be compatible with everything that doesn't touch the UI and faction_tables db.

UI Improvements - Not compatible as we both do the same changes.
SFO - The UI is integrated in SFO
Radious - The UI is integrated in Radious

Or making the old Tomb Kings interface into a submod? That would make everyone happy.

Would it be possible to restore the previous Tomb Kings interface? In my opinion, the old version perfectly captured the long-lost majesty and might of Nehekhara, now consumed by the sands of time (and I really loved the skulls next to the Books of Nagash at the top). Maybe giving the new interface a sand/gold color scheme instead of red could improve it and help distinguish it from the other factions? Of course, don't get me wrong — I absolutely love this mod and can't imagine playing without it. Just a small idea I had when I saw the new TK interface.

Anyone not being able to see unusual locations in your settlements? Like, the tab is there, but the building itself is invisible and you can't read what the effect you're getting is

For my part, I've been using the mod in Coop ever since it released without any issue compatibility-wise.
