Its the Amaaluk Research Station map thats causing that, go to the mod page and unsubscribe https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2365505474&searchtext=

don't know it its just me but whenever I load into the map Compound my weapon and footstep sounds are silent. idk if its your mods or something else but it always seem to happen on that map specifically
