Rescue Eli Vance (Early Development)

Looks like the rebels has been stalking the government building named gm_construct. So one rebel had a plan they set a camp near the area where Eli is then once Gordon Alyx and Barney come over to gm_construct. Its time but the Combine also had more powerful gear so its a war so stop the combine from killing Eli Vance.
