Why use a boat, then only to have to use a car on land when you can use a hovercraft!

NOTES: Does this lag? I did notice some lag while driving this on land at high speed, this is due to props sliding on the ground, gmod physics are wonky that way, however driving on land without a total meltdown of frame rate is the case here.
HOW TO PREVENT LAG: While on the spawn menu, go over to utilities> go to server settings, then turn down the physics time scale to about 0.75 and also turn down ground friction to 5 or lower for less lag.
